Zhenis Tuyakov appointed Deputy Akim of Almaty region

Deputy Akim of Almaty region was appointed. Tuyakov Zhenis Shylbynovich took up this position, previously acting as the head of the Regional Development Department of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This was reported by the Primeminister.kz website.

Today, during the meeting of the Almaty region active Akim A. Batalov presented a new Deputy Akim.

Zhenis Tuyakov is a native of the Almaty region, born in 1967. He has two higher educations: he graduated from the Institute of Economics and Law with a degree in Economics and Management and Almaty State Medical Institute.

The appointed Akim Deputy has extensive experience in management work in central and local executive bodies.

In different years he worked as the director of the department of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he headed the branch structures in the energy and housing and communal services in several regions of Kazakhstan: Almaty, Zhambyl, Pavlodar regions and Almaty.

In addition, Zhenis Tuyakov held executive positions in national energy companies, including as managing director of the Kazakhstan Electricity Grid Operating Company (KEGOC).
