Vice Minister of Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan appointed

By the decree of the Government of Kazakhstan Vice Minister of Defense and Aerospace Industry Ramazanov Arman Kairbekovich was dismissed from his post in accordance with the submitted application. Kurmangaliyev Asset Kabievich was appointed to the post of Vice Minister of Defense and Aerospace Industry.

Asset Kurmangaliyev was born in 1965 in Karaganda region. In 1993 he graduated from Karaganda State University after Buketov as a lawyer.

He began his career in 1983 as a car repairer at the Karagandapromstroy Automobile Production Enterprise. In 1984-1986 he served in the Armed Forces of the USSR. In 1990-1998 he was engaged in entrepreneurial activity.

In 1998-2015 he held various positions in the structures of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the PDP "Nur Otan".

In 2015-2016 he worked in local executive bodies.

From February 2017 to the present time he worked as General Director of RSE on the REM ‘Qazarnaulyexport (Kazspecexport)’ of the Ministry of Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He was awarded the medal “Zhauyngerlik yerligi ushin”.
