Bolat Tlepov appointed vice minister of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan

By Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Tlepov Bolat Anapiyaevich was appointed vice minister of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Bolat Tlepov was born in 1978 in Kentau.

He graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh State National University with a degree in political science.

In 2001-2005, he worked as an expert at the Strategy Analytical Center public foundation, a research fellow at the Research Institute of Social and Political Studies, and a senior fellow at the Center for Political Technologies.

In 2005-2006, he was acting head, head of the Secretariat of the Small Assembly of Peoples of Kazakhstan of the Akim of Almaty.

In 2008, he was deputy director of the Department of Internal Policy, deputy head of the Department of Internal Policy of Almaty.

From 2008 to 2013, he was deputy head, head of the Department of Internal Policy of Astana.

In 2013-2014, he was head of the State Institution Department of Internal Policy of Astana.

In 2014-2015, he was deputy head of the Administrative Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2015-2016, he was adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2017-2019, he was adviser to the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation.

From November 2019, he has worked as a state inspector of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
