Gabidulla Ospankulov relieved as vice minister of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan

By the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ospankulov Gabidulla Abdullauly has been relieved as vice minister of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to a submitted application. This was reported by the Press Service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Gabidulla Ospankulov was born in 1981 in the South Kazakhstan region. He graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University, the Kazakh-Russian University, the University of Birmingham (UK) under the Bolashak program.

Over the years, he worked in the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Presidential Administration, the Akimat of Ekibastuz, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2013 to 2017, he headed the Committee on Youth Affairs, was the director of the Department of Youth Policy of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, worked at the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Civil Society of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From October 2017 to August 2019, he served as deputy akim of the West Kazakhstan Region. From August to December 2019, he was secretary of the Nur Otan Party. From December 2019, he has worked as vice minister of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
