The Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The Project Management Center is a subdivision of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, authorized to represent the functional structure of the project management system in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The main activities of the Project Management Center:

- Control and monitoring of the projects implementation within the framework of the project management introduction in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

- Participation in the development and realization of projects implemented by the state authorities.

- Control of the state authorities performance in the projects development.

- Participation in the development of a set of measures for each project aimed to achieve the project objectives, and carrying out their analysis before approving for feasibility and compliance with the requirements of project objectives.

- Assistance in timely consideration and approval of the projects and sets of measures, proposed by the state authorities, by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

- Control and monitoring of the implementation of the proposed sets of measures for the realization of projects.

- Information and analytical support for the Prime Minister and his deputies about the progress of project activities in state bodies and structural subdivisions of the Office of the Prime Minister.
