Nurlan Aldabergenov

 

 

He was born on November 19, 1962 in the city of Alma-Ata.

In 1984 he graduated with honors from the Alma-Ata Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering as a Civil Engineer, in 1988 – graduated from the post-graduate studies at the Alma-Ata Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering, from the Moscow Institute of Civil Engineering named after V.V. Kuybyshev as a “Candidate of Economic Sciences”, in 2005 – graduated from the University named after D.A. Kunaev with a degree in law.

He began his career as a junior, senior research associate at the Alma-Ata Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering.

1989-1993 – The Deputy Director General of the Burundai Industrial Association of Wall Materials.

1993-1994 – engaged in entrepreneurial activity.

1994-1995 – The Head of the KazagromeliovodkhozWPS of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1996-1999 – Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Price and Antimonopoly Policy of Almaty.

1999-2004 – Director of the Almaty Department of the Committee on Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition.

2004-2007 – First Deputy, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2007-2011 – The Chairman of the Agency for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2011-2017 – Member of the Board (Minister) of the Eurasian Economic Commission.

From March 2017- present – Head of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He was awarded the order "Kurmet" (2006), the Order "Dostyk" of the II degree (2013) and other medals.

Talgat Sarsenbayev

 

Deputy Head of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Representative of the Government in the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Graduated from Karaganda Higher School under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR (1987), and Nazarbayev University (2015). 

Doctor of Law, Professor, Executive Master of Business Administration.

Fluent in Kazakh, Russian and English.

Over the 30 years has worked and has held senior positions in law enforcement authorities, higher education structures, Presidential Administration, Senate of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Russian Federation, as well as Samruk-Kazyna.

Awards: Certificate of Merit of the Republic of Kazakhstan, government award "Kurmet", ten anniversary and departmental medals of the Republic of Kazakhstan, award pin "For contribution to the development of science of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Education and Science, winner of the International Legal Award "Femida", "Honorary Professor" of Criminalist and Criminologists Union of the Russian Federation.

Aytayev Renat

 

 

Aytayev Renat was born in 1976, in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk of the East Kazakhstan region. In 1998 he graduated from the D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University. In 2001 graduated from the KAZGUU.

1999-2000 – Chief specialist of the automated processing of the Department of statistics, the group for monitoring industrial enterprises and survey of the Informational and Statistics center of East Kazakhstan.

2000-2003 – Leading chief specialist, head of the Department of revenue and Contracts of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2003-2008 – Served in the customs authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan

2008-2009 – Director of the Department of Information Services of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Orman Nurbayev

 

 

Nurbayev Orman was born on December 12, 1966, in Karaul village, Abay district, Semipalatinsk region (EKR). In 1987 he graduated from the Krasnoyarsk Higher Command School of Radio Electronics of Air Defense, specialty – Engineer. In 1997, graduated from National Higher School of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on specialty “International Relations”.

1987-1993 – Service in the Armed Forces of the USSR and the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1994-1996 – Commercial structures.

1997-2000 – work in the central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2000-2001 – First Secretary, Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Malaysia.

2001-2002 – First Secretary, Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Tajikistan

2002-2004 –First Secretary, Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

He was born in 1984 in Almaty region.

In 2005 he graduated from the Kazakh Humanities and Law University with a degree in Law (Astana), in 2015 received a Master's Degree in International Relations at Sheffield University (Great Britain) through the Bolashak program.
