Galymzhan Koishybayev

 

 

 

Koishybayev was born in 1968 in Kyzylorda. He graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 1995-2004, he worked as attache, third secretary, first secretary, advisor, counselor-envoy of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation. In 2004 he became plenipotentiary representative of Kazakhstan to the Collective Security Treaty Organization. In 2004-2006 he was chief inspector of the Administration of the President. In 2006-2008 he was ambassador at large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan. In 2008-2012 he was ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Lithuania, extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of Kazakhstan to Latvia, Estonia and Finland concurrently. In 2012-2016 he was ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Finland, Estonia concurrently. Since 2016, he served as vice minister of foreign affairs of Kazakhstan.

 

 

 

Talgat Sarsenbayev

 

Deputy Head of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Representative of the Government in the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Graduated from Karaganda Higher School under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR (1987), and Nazarbayev University (2015). 

Doctor of Law, Professor, Executive Master of Business Administration.

Fluent in Kazakh, Russian and English.

Over the 30 years has worked and has held senior positions in law enforcement authorities, higher education structures, Presidential Administration, Senate of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Russian Federation, as well as Samruk-Kazyna.

Awards: Certificate of Merit of the Republic of Kazakhstan, government award "Kurmet", ten anniversary and departmental medals of the Republic of Kazakhstan, award pin "For contribution to the development of science of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Education and Science, winner of the International Legal Award "Femida", "Honorary Professor" of Criminalist and Criminologists Union of the Russian Federation.

Aytayev Renat

 

 

Aytayev Renat was born in 1976, in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk of the East Kazakhstan region. In 1998 he graduated from the D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University. In 2001 graduated from the KAZGUU.

1998-1999 – CFO of LLP “Demal-Shygys”

1999-2000 – Chief specialist of the automated processing of the Department of statistics, the group for monitoring industrial enterprises and survey of the Informational and Statistics center of East Kazakhstan.

2000-2003 – Leading chief specialist, head of the Department of revenue and Contracts of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2003-2008 – Served in the customs authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan

2008-2009 – Director of the Department of Information Services of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan

2009-2010 – Director of the Department of inter-sectoral coordination of industrial-innovative development of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From April 2010 to June 2010 – Director of the Industrial Policy Department of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan

2010-2017 – Deputy, Head of the Department of Industrial and Innovation Development of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan

He was awarded the Order of Kurmet (2013) and the medal “For Contribution in Eurasian Economic Union Development” of the III degree (08.05.2015)

He speaks Kazakh, Russian, And English languages.

Orman Nurbayev

 

 

Nurbayev Orman was born on December 12, 1966, in Karaul village, Abay district, Semipalatinsk region (EKR). In 1987 he graduated from the Krasnoyarsk Higher Command School of Radio Electronics of Air Defense, specialty – Engineer. In 1997, graduated from National Higher School of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on specialty “International Relations”.

1987-1993 – Service in the Armed Forces of the USSR and the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1994-1996 – Commercial structures.

1997-2000 – work in the central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2000-2001 – First Secretary, Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Malaysia.

2001-2002 – First Secretary, Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Tajikistan

2002-2004 –First Secretary, Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2004-2006 – Head of the Situation Center Sector, Chief Inspector of the Center for Foreign Policy of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2006-2007 – Director of International Affairs Department of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2007-2012 – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Mongolia.

2012-2017 – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Turkmenistan.

2017-2018 – Chairman of the Board of JSC “NC “Kazakhstan engineering”

Since July 16, 2018 – Deputy Head of the Office of Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, appointed by the Prime Minister`s Order.

Order “Kurmet” awarded in 2016.

Diplomatic rank – Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Envoy of the Second Class.
