During the Government meeting the Minister of National Economy Kuandyk Bishimbayev reported on the state support of business.

It was noted that the infrastructural transformation of the program is directly related to business development. Its implementation effect in 2015 amounted to 1.3% of GDP growth, creating 125 thousand jobs. This year the contribution of "Nurly Zhol" to GDP growth is estimated at 1.2% with providing 200 thousand of jobs.

The Minister also noted that this year the business received direct support through targeted funding for working capital and refinancing of old loans, cheapening of credit costs and implementation of investment projects.

"On the instructions of the President, the state allocated 575 billion tenge, 333 billion tenge of which placed in second-tier banks and other financial institutions. Business projects were financed worth 141 billion tenge. In turn, for implementation of "Business Roadmap-2020" program this year there were allocated 60.3 billion tenge. As for today 1080 projects were sunsidized worth 120 billion tenge," the Minister of National Economy said.

In addition, this year the Business Roadmap-2020 provides funds amounting to 4.5 billion tenge to create six industrial zones in Aktobe, Kyzylorda, Almaty, South Kazakhstan and Kostanay regions. In total there are 42 industrial zones, 15 of which are operating and 27 under construction.

According to K.Bishimbayev, the taken measures allowed in the current year to increase output of SME production by 0.3%, employment - by 4.1% and SME loans - by 35.8%.

"Due to active lending of business activity there is an increase of output in construction, transport, agriculture and manufacturing industries. The structure of exports has also increased the share of non-primary goods," K.Bishimbayev said.
