Today at Ukimet Uyi Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev held a meeting on improving the processes of providing public services to the population

The meeting discussed issues of automation and introducing new approaches into the process of public services provision by the State Corporation "Government for Citizens".

In order to implement instructions given by the Head of State given in his Address “Third Modernization of Kazakhstan: Global Competitiveness”, the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" plans to introduce mechanisms for switching to proactive services without an obligatory physical presence of the citizen who applied. In addition, taking international experience into account, a concept was developed of establishing a single service provision center (E-PSC).

For reference:

The implementation of proactive services is planned to be carried out in 2018-2020 within the framework of the State Program "Digital Kazakhstan" in the direction “Proactive State”.

Recall, the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" was created by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on January 29, 2016, and is a single provider of public services. Currently, there are 723 state services in the Service Registry, of which 548 are available through the State Corporation.
