Science service centers will be created in Kazakhstan in 2018.

“We have analyzed all business processes, the Ministry has been monitoring all applications, all complaints through the website, through the Minister’s blog platform throughout the year. As you know, we have opened Telegram channels. A lot of talk was around this at the beginning, but then we began receiving complaints, suggestions. We have our chat-platforms. We have gathered all this and came to a conclusion that, in my own words, the problem stems from the so called “broken telephone”, we simply do not understand each other. That is all,” – Deputy Minister of Education and Science Aslanbek Amrin said during the forum “Commercialization of technology as an instrument for integrating science and business”.

To solve this problem, a science service center will be created.

“In 2018, science service centers will be opened on the premises of the National Expertise Center, its branches, where one could gain access to international databases, receive professional consultation and marketing support. We will assist you in searching the right news for your research,” – the Deputy Minister explained.

The center will have a call center where one can call on any scientific issues of interest.

“For any questions, please contact the Science Committee, the chairman of the Science Committee, we will do everything,” - Aslanbek Amrin said.
