Today, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev presented the new Minister to the staff of the Ministry of Defense and Aerospace Industry. By the Decree of the Head of State, A. Zhumagaliyev was appointed Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan. B. Atamkulov, in turn, was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Bakytzhan Sagintayev thanked B. Atamkulov for the fruitful work done over the two years since the Ministry was founded, and wished success in the new place. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which is now headed by B. Atamkulov, was set before new tasks by the Head of State with regards to the implementation of state policy on attracting investments.

During the presentation, the Prime Minister noted the extensive experience of A. Zhumagaliyev in various senior positions and wished him continued success. A. Zhumagaliyev served as Chairman of the Agency for Information and Communication, Minister of Communication and Information, Minister of Transport and Communications, headed various companies.
