Ilyas Userov appointed Vice Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

By the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ilyas Userov was appointed Vice Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This was reported by the press service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Ilyas Userov was born in 1985 in Almaty.

He graduated from the al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University, University of Turan-Astana.

He began his career in 2007 as an administrator, leading specialist, manager of Sberbank JSC.

In 2009-2010, he worked in various positions in the Investment Policy Department of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2010-2013, he was an expert, ch. expert of the Investment Policy Department of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2013-2014, he was Head of the Department of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2014-2015, he was ch. expert of the Information Security Department of the Department of Finance, Informatization and Protection of Information Resources; head of the Logistics Department under the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2015-2019, he was Deputy Head, Head of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning, Almaty.

In 2019, he was the head of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning, Almaty.

From May 2019 to the present, he has been the Deputy Akim of Almaty.
