Marat Karabayev appointed chair of Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety

By order of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Karabayev Marat Karimzhanovich was appointed chair of the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Marat Karabayev was born July 4, 1987, in the Tashkent region of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He graduated from the Tashkent Automobile and Road Institute, University of Warwick (Great Britain), Taraz State University named after M. Kh. Dulati.

He began his career in 2011 as an expert in the management of operation and development of networks of water management facilities of the Committee for Water Management of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2011 to 2013, he was chief expert of the Technological Development Department of the Service Industry of the Department of New Technologies and Energy Saving of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2014-2015, he was deputy head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of the South Kazakhstan Region.

In 2015-2017, he was head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial-Innovative Development and Tourism of the South Kazakhstan Region.

In 2018-2019, he was director of the Department of Development of the Military-Industrial Complex of the Ministry of Digital Development, Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From August 2019, he has been director of the Department for the Development of the Military-Industrial Complex of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
