Yerzhan Zhilkibayev relieved as first vice minister of labor and social protection of the population

By the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yerzhan Zhilkibayev has been relieved as first vice minister of labor and social protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in connection with his transfer to another job.

Zhilkibayev was born in 1982 in the South Kazakhstan region. He graduated from Auezov South Kazakhstan State University, Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University.

He began his career as a chief specialist in the social policy department of the Department of Economics of the South Kazakhstan region.

Over the years, he worked in the Office of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning, the Office of the East Kazakhstan Region, and the Administration of the President. From May 2016 to March 2019, he served as akim of the Medeu district of Almaty.

From March 26 to April 29, 2019, he was vice minister of labor and social protection of the population. From April 2019, he has been first vice minister of labor and social protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
