Samat Gilimov dismissed as Chair of Transport Committee of Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development

By order of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Samat Gilimov was relieved as Chair of the Transport Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This was reported by the Press Service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Samat Gilimov was born in 1964 in Atyrau.

He graduated from the Kazakh Order of the Red Banner of Labor, the Agricultural Institute and the Kazakh State Law Academy.

He began his career in 1981 at the Koschagyl state farm, Atyrau. Over the years, he worked as a mechanic, head of the machine yard, chief engineer in the state farms of the Atyrau region.

For several years he worked in private companies.

From 1998 to 2002 he worked in the bodies of the Tax (financial) police of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Atyrau.

In 2002 - 2005, he was Deputy Akim of the Aktobe region.

In 2008 - 2014, he worked in the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2014 - 2019, he was Head of the Transport Control Inspectorate for Atyrau Region, Deputy Chairman of the Transport Committee of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2019 to present, he was Chair of the Transport Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
