During the meeting of the Government, the Chairman of the Board of the non-commercial joint-stock company "Social Health Insurance Fund" Elena Bakhmutova told about the peculiarities of the new web site dedicated to CSHI.

She said that in order to increase citizens' awareness of the health insurance system, a new version of the Fund's website in the state and Russian languages ​​was launched on July 21 with a user-friendly interface and a version for hard of hearing people. The site contains all the necessary instructions for payers, announcements on vacant posts, public procurement, the entire regulatory framework, and a list of clinics that currently operate within the guaranteed volume of free medical care.

“There is also a calculator on the site that allows any citizen to come by himself and find out what amount of payments he needs to make to the system. In addition, together with the Ministry of Information and Communications, as well as the Ministry of Healthcare, work is underway to integrate the personal cabinet of the eGov portal with the payment system. This is necessary so that in September in the personal cabinet any citizen could see information about payments made to the Fund for an individual, and from 2018, information on the status of the insured will be placed there,” E. Bakhmutova said.

She also said that the site created a special section "People's control", through which users can leave their wishes and complaints about the work of a particular clinic.
